The Challenge

One unique policy of the resort is its accessibility to the local market. The restaurants and lounges once frequented by locals had experienced a decline from the period 2016- 2018 despite the resort’s superior offerings, price points and premium entertainment value.
Sugar Ridge needed to reverse the decline with a yuniq digital strategy and execution.

Our Approach

We created a sub-brand identified as the Scene at Sugar Ridge which fused the luxury of the resort with the energy and vibe of the local nightlight. We channelled this energy through to a localized psychographic that titled more toward a local, young, and sophisticated clientele. Want to dine, lounge, dance in a luxurious setting, the this was your “scene at Sugar Ridge”.
